Road transport operator authorisation

The basic document confirming the right to carry out road transport of goods or passengers for hire or reward in Poland. Required to obtain a Community licence.

International goods transport licence (over 3.5 tonnes)

A Community licence authorising the carriage of goods by road for hire or reward within the European Union using vehicles with a maximum permissible mass above 3.5 tonnes.

International goods transport licence (up to 3.5 tonnes)

A Community licence authorising the carriage of goods by road for hire or reward within the European Union using vehicles with a maximum permissible mass from 2.5 to 3.5 tonnes (vans and light commercial vehicles).  

International passenger transport licence

A Community licence authorising the carriage of passengers by bus and coach for hire or reward within the European Union.

Renewal of the 5-year validity of certified copies of a Community licence (for an entrepreneur holding a licence issued for more than 10 years)

This service is only for entrepreneurs holding a valid Community licence issued for more than 10 years whose certified copies are about to expire or have expired.

Licence for arranging passenger/goods transport

A road transport licence for arranging the carriage of passengers or goods, commonly known as a freight forwarding licence, authorises the organisation and planning of transport. It allows a company to arrange transport through other entities, but does not authorise passenger or goods carriage using its own vehicles.

Updating authorisation details

We help update document details, including a change of company name or address, a change of legal form (for example, from a sole trader to a limited liability company), transfer of authorisations following the entrepreneur’s death (succession administrator), or changes in partners (a partner joining or leaving a civil-law partnership).

Duplicate/replacement authorisation documents

If documents are lost, damaged or stolen, we prepare applications for duplicates.  

Additional certified copies of a licence

We help obtain additional certified copies of a licence needed when expanding operations with more vehicles. 

Fleet replacement

We help update details of vehicles assigned to a licence. We assist with fleet replacement, changes to registration numbers, and updates concerning the right to use a vehicle or its disposal.

Registering/changing a transport manager

We help update transport manager details. As part of the service, we provide a qualified person holding a Certificate of Professional Competence in goods and passenger transport, allowing formal requirements to be met quickly and efficiently.

Driver attestations

A document required for a driver who is neither an EU Member State citizen nor a long-term resident, is employed by a Polish transport company and carries out international goods transport by road using a vehicle with a maximum permissible mass above 3.5 tonnes or from 2.5 to 3.5 tonnes.

Digital tachograph cards

Digital tachograph cards for drivers and transport companies. We help obtain driver, company, control and workshop cards.

Certificates for vehicles and semi-trailers 

S certificates for vehicles and semi-trailers confirm compliance with the relevant safety requirements or roadworthiness conditions. Required to obtain foreign transport permits. 

Foreign transport permits 

A document authorising the carriage of goods or passengers outside the European Union. We help obtain ECMT/CEMT permits, single-journey permits, journey form books and INTERBUS journey form books.

Replies to official notices and requests

We prepare professional replies to official correspondence, including requests for additional documents or explanations.  

Suspension or surrender of authorisations

We support the process of temporarily suspending operations or fully surrendering existing authorisations.  

Transport insurance

We help transport companies select appropriate insurance:

• OCZPD liability insurance as financial security for a licence;
• carrier’s liability insurance (OCP) for international and domestic road transport;
• motor third-party liability (OC) and comprehensive insurance (AC);
• drivers’ personal accident insurance and more.

Vehicle lending for obtaining a transport licence

We have vehicles with a maximum permissible mass above 3.5 tonnes and up to 3.5 tonnes needed to obtain a licence. With us, you can obtain a licence or an additional certified copy without having your own vehicle at that time.

Vehicle operating centre

We have vehicle operating centres in 6 locations across Poland that meet the technical requirements of the General Inspectorate of Road Transport (GITD).

Certificate of Professional Competence in passenger/goods transport

As part of the service, we provide access to people with the required professional qualifications, confirmed by a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in goods and passenger transport.

Criminal record certificate from the National Criminal Register (KRK)

We obtain the criminal record certificates from the National Criminal Register (KRK) required for the applications submitted.
